"Little?" LOL! That is an understatement! Even the windscreen on the microphone couldn't overcome it.
Given, I look at my trigger finger as my safety, but I still don't like that Ruger went without a firing pin block safety. The titanium fring pin is a way of getting around a muzzle struck firing but then the titanium firing pins are notorious for being brittle and breaking under constant stress versus their steel counterparts. Also, the replacment with titanium doesn't keep it from slam firing with a weak firing pin spring. They should have gone with the Colt Model 80 as a base instead of the Model 70. I am a big fan of Ruger and so far like everything else I see concering the SR1911.
